Count foci in your own image

Upload a nuclear stain and a punctate marker (for example 53BP1 or gamma-H2AX) from the same field. The Foci Lab classical counter finds the nuclei, counts the bright spots inside each one, and shows you exactly what it counted.

PNG, TIFF or JPEG; 8- or 16-bit.

Same size as the DNA image. Leave empty if the DNA file is a TIFF with exactly two pages (page 1 = DNA, page 2 = foci).

Limits: 25 MB in total, at most 12 megapixels per image. 16-bit images are stretched to 0–255 (0.1–99.99 percentile) before the thresholds below apply, and the stretch used is reported.

Parameters (defaults work for ~20× widefield nuclei of 150+ pixels)
